About the OBTT

WHAT IS OBTT?

Designed for adult learners, OBTT offers a variety of free online training courses for individuals interested in sharpening their skills. Any resident of Pennsylvania is welcome to take advantage of free online training through OBTT! Course offerings include Microsoft Office Suite applications, basic graphics and graphic design, business and professional skills, project management, and more – there is something for just about everyone.

WHY WAS OBTT CREATED?

The program designed with the following goals in mind:

Develop awareness of broadband options and advance broadband adoption;
Increase the use of broadband as a competitive advantage for business, government, and organizations, and;
Increase the demand of broadband deployment in underserved areas.
WHO CAN TAKE OBTT COURSES?

Our courses are geared toward young adults and adults looking to advance themselves both personally and professionally. Many courses were selected with local government, nonprofit, and small business employees in mind; however, individual learners will also find something new to explore.

WHEN CAN I TAKE OBTT COURSES?

Now! Simply contact your local program administrator to register. Courses can be accessed anytime, anywhere through January 31, 2015.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO TAKE A COURSE?

Free! All courses are provided free of charge, simply register to receive your username and password to gain access to our customized library. Once you are registered, you will have access to all the courses listed.
